AS400 shortcut is opening the program minimized instead of full-screen

Resolution Below:

 

Double click on the shortcut you’re using to open the program.

Go to the tool bar below.

Hover over the icon Select "Maximized".

Once the program is opened: 'Go to File then Save it.' 

Close Program then reopen to Confirm
